Originally it was a large house transformed into a charming hotel. Having belonged to Doctor Sadok Mokaddem, a notable of the island, who was President of the National Assembly of Tunisia (1964/1981), at the time of Habib Bourguiba, President of the Tunisian Republic (1957/1987). Located on the beach of sidi Mahrez in the north of Djerba, its seafront location offers panoramic views on the Mediterranean Sea, unique on the island.
